It is the responsibility of parents to make sure their children are appropriately dressed (according to the school's dress code) when arriving for school so that it is not deemed necessary to ask for a change of clothing during the school day. Clothing must be clean and in good repair. No hair dyes are allowed.

Boys: navy, khaki or black pants with 4 pockets can be worn year-round. No cargo pants. Navy, khaki or black shorts may be worn from April 15th to October 15th. They must not be any shorter than 3 inches above the knee.
Shirts: solid colors of light or dark blue, maroon, yellow and white. Shirts may be in the form of polo, long or short sleeve crewneck cotton t-shirts, long or short sleeve dress shirts, sweaters, sweater vests, and turtle necks. A small pocket or emblem may be present on the shirt.

Girls: Solid colored navy, khaki or black pants, jumpers, dresses and skirts maybe worn year-round. No cargo pants, leggings, and no plaid. Navy, khaki or black skorts, shorts, or capris may be worn from April 15th to October 15th. All skorts, shorts and skirts must be no short than three inches above the knee.
Shirts: solid colors of light or dark blue, maroon, yellow and white. Shirts may be in the form of polo, long or short sleeve crewneck cotton t-shirts, long or short sleeve dress shirts, sweaters, sweater vests, cardigans and turtle necks. A small pocket or emblem may be present on the shirt. Half shirts will not be permitted at any time. All shirts must be hip length.

Shoes: socks (or tights for girls) and shoes must be worn at all times. Shoelaces are to be laced at all times. Clog or mule type shoes must be worn with socks. From April 15th to October 15th, closed-toed sandals without socks are allowed. Soles of shoes must be non-marking.

For all students, Fridays are considered "Spirit Day." BCA t-shirts, sweatshirts and jeans are acceptable, along with regular dress code items.

If there are any questions regarding appropriate versus inappropriate attire, the principal's decision will be final as they represent and consider the best interest of the school and the student body.
